I approach a wedding day by focusing on emotion. I don’t dwell on creating poses as much as I document your day as it unfolds creatively and intimately.
I come fully equipped with professional gear and backups of everything.
Located in Ada, Ohio, but you can take me anywhere you want – cover our travel + lodging for some destinations (flights, rental car, hotel. I’ll take care of personal expenses)!
Full Coverage is 8 hours…typically beginning 3 hours before your ceremony and ending after the main events of your reception.
A $1,000 retainer is required to secure your date, and I offer easy payment plans for the remaining balance (if you need them). I want it to be as simple as possible for couples to get their day reserved with me!

If you’re looking for a highlight video that captures the energy of your wedding day, this is the film for you!

Second Photographer: Most of the time, my trusty (and super-cute) husband, Lee, will serve as the second photographer. His style and skill match mine, and we work seamlessly together (as a husband and wife do). If he is not available, I will keep two other second photographers on staff who are also fantastic and have had extensive training to match ARP’s style and quality. No matter who is with me, you can be confident that your second photographer matches my quality and experience.

Engagement Session: An Engagement Session will allow you to tell the beginning chapter of your story, open up, have fun, and capture who you are as a couple. Engagement sessions last 1-1.5 hours (typically around sunrise or sunset) and include up to 3 outfit looks, 2 locations, and all final images with print release.

The Photo Luxe: The Photo Luxe is a classy way to have fun, memorable images you and your guests can enjoy for up to four hours during cocktail hour and reception! Set up as a giant 8×8′ white backdrop with a professional ring light, a personal photographer will take frame-worthy photos for groups of any size! Add your fun props or use the blurb signs we have—it’s ALWAYS a party favorite!

Wedding Album: Receive a lay-flat 10×10 wedding album that is only available through Ashley Ray Photography. Choose a hardback printed or linen cover in a variety of colors. These beautiful albums make great keepsakes that will be passed down for generations.

Up to 2 Extra Hours of Coverage: Traditional weddings held at one location are easily documented within 7-8 hours. However, suppose your ceremony and reception are held in two places, or you’d like us to stay until the end of the night for a private last dance or sparkler exit. In that case, this is a perfect add-on to ensure we’re there to cover everything you want (and more)!

$600 Heirloom Print Credit: Use this print credit towards purchasing professional-grade prints and products of your favorite wedding images. All heirloom prints are printed on the highest-quality paper, which is only available through Ashley Ray Photography. Larger sizes, canvases, and frames are also available.

First Anniversary Session: This is a PERFECT date night to celebrate one year of marriage with your spouse! All Anniversary Sessions are one hour long and include up to 2 wardrobe looks and 2 locations, all final images with print release, and a sweet anniversary gift from me! ❤️
