Crimson Lane is the NEWEST Wedding & Event Venue in Northwest, Ohio and I got the amazing chance to meet the entire crew and document their First Open House this past weekend!

Tucked inside 135 acres of woods and farmland, Crimson Lane is a 9,000 sq. ft.facility with a 350-person capacity, all with modern amenities for any occasion – large or small. It’s perfect for the modern bride looking for an upscale place to host their stylish wedding or a business’ next amazing event.

It was so lovely getting to know Michael and Jodi Willeke – the inspiring new owners, along with their kind-hearted grown kids – Taylor and Blake. Inside Crimson Lane

The Gorgeous, Tiffany-Blue Bridal Suite

Featuring 5 luxurious vanities, this suite will be what getting-ready photographs are made of! With generous natural lighting, a long tufted couch, gorgeous wooden and cloth chairs, a mini bar and fridge, private restroom, tv, and multiple full-length mirrors, you won’t need a reason to leave the room! You’ll be safely tucked away from your anxious groom or arriving guests until the ceremony.

The Modern-Contemporary Grooms Suite

Gentlemen, you’ll be eager to get in this suite. With a 55″ mounted tv, mini-bar with fridge, you can relax on your leather sofas and chairs before you have to be anywhere! Use the table for card games or enjoy the view with on your back deck!

The Spacious Bar & Buffet Room

With two 50″ tv’s this liquor, beer and wine bar will be a perfect gathering place for your cocktail hour! The spacious 400 sq. ft. Buffet Room flows into the main hall and can hold up to 8 buffet tables (not pictured is the Prep Kitchen for Catering Services, just off of the Buffet Room).

The Grand Main Hall

This Grand, 3,400 sq. ft. heated and cooled vaulted room with a gorgeous lakefront view will easily hold 250 guests! Enjoy the two oversized elegant chandeliers hung from the dark wood beams and vaulted ceiling! Guests will have access to numerous French doors that access the waterfront patio and verandas! With its audio system and a 120″ drop-down screen with projector, there is no doubt your reception will be what lasting impressions are made of!

Four Ceremony Sites

“The Chapel”

A sweet and cozy indoor option for your intimate guest list of 100 or fewer. This 1,800 sq. ft. chapel will stand out with its grand fireplace as your ceremony backdrop. This ceremony setting is complete with its panoramic wooded and lake views.

“The Lakeside Ceremony”

Have you dreamed of an outdoor ceremony by the water? The Lakeside Ceremony will comfortably seat your 350 guests with a paved walk to the dock! This gorgeous site will host wonderful lighting for your ceremony photos and give you endless decor options with an impressionable view!

“The White Oak Ceremony”

A 150-year-old White Oak Tree is the perfect backdrop for the earthy and romantic bride. The White Oak Ceremony has a raised stone platform and a paved aisle to seat up to 350 guests! This location truly is a Summer and Autumn delight for your wedding photos.

“The Garden Ceremony”

This smaller, 12×14 covered pavilion overlooks the lake and is versatile for a smaller ceremony or outdoor reception.  I do know they’re planning on stringing bistro lights for this area too!

Outdoor Features of Crimson Lane

Waterfront Patio

This is the largest paved patio area that is perfect for an outdoor cocktail hour with views overlooking the lake. Easily entertain 100 guests with room for tables and chairs as you finish your post-ceremony photos!

Covered Lakeside Veranda

Crimson Lane truly thought of every scenario when designing their venue. If it’s hot and sunny or rainy and breezy, this 900 sq. ft. covered porch will also host up to 100 guests with options for tables and chairs. Overlooking the lake, this option is perfect for any occasion – rain or shine!

Wooded Veranda with Gas Fire Pit

This cozy 800 sq. ft. covered porch has direct access to the bar (whoop-whoop!) and a gas fire pit with seating to enjoy! There’s room to set up tables and chairs if needed, too!

Other amenities include convenient parking for 150 cars, a roundabout drive-up and manicured landscape with countryside views!

In my opinion, there’s no doubt that Crimson Lane will be Ada’s go-to venue for weddings and grand events. It is clean, modern, and full of opportunities for a wide range of occasions!
